Our salvage vehicle has the capacity to tow road trains and other heavy vehicles up to 84 tonnes.

Once your vehicle is retrieved by our salvage vehicle, owners have the option of having it repaired by the team at Austruck Auto Refinishing or having the vehicle towed to an elected destination.

The service is manned by qualified operators and salvage coordinators.

The salvage role includes traveling to the breakdown or accident scene, making sure the driver is looked after and their vehicle and load is secured. We will ensure there is no further damage to the affected vehicle during the salvage before it is towed. Our salvage vehicle has been equipped with the latest first-aid requirements, safety equipment, phone, radio and computer facilities linked to digital imaging. The salvage vehicle can be contracted to other companies.
